P.E.E PROGRAMME

Secondary Mentoring Intervention

Overview

Our P.E.E Mentoring Programmes are unique sports mentoring programmes designed to inspire positive change in young people through the power of sport. Our mentors deliver personal development curricula which are underpinned by sport, to small groups that combines both classroom-based learning and physical activities. These help students to understand and develop positive skills, attributes and behaviours to enable them to succeed in school and beyond. We offer a number of programmes which vary in length and topic, which schools can tailor to meet their students needs.

Impact & Outcomes

Our mission is to guide young people in their journey through education to help them become the best version of themselves. Our core values drive every programme we deliver, whether it's mentoring, post-16, holiday camps or 1-1 coaching:

Progression

We help young people develop, fostering personal and athletic growth, and pushing them to exceed their potential.

Empowerment

We empower them to pursue their dreams with confidence, discipline and determination.

Enjoyment

We believe in the importance of enjoying the journey to becoming the best version of themselves, creating a positive, inclusive and supportive environment where youth can thrive.

measuring impact

We know that the powerful work that we do works, but it’s important that we can evidence this for the schools too. We will work closely with the school to collect data to monitor and report on children’s progression. From the progression data and children’s attendance and behaviour data, we will create termly Impact Insightsreports for your school, which can be used at Governor meetings or with OFSTED.
